Purple Bol provides an online ordering platform for açaí bowls, smoothies, and related items for in-store pickup or delivery from our location at 3856 S Tuttle Ave, Sarasota, FL 34239.

• All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Purple Bol.
• You are responsible for providing accurate order and contact details.
• Promotions, discounts, and coupon codes are valid for in-store pickup only and do not apply to delivery orders, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By submitting an order, you authorize us (via our processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

• For pickup orders, please pick up your order at 3856 S Tuttle Ave, Sarasota, FL 34239 during business hours.
• Delivery orders are fulfilled by a third-party delivery provider (DoorDash Drive). A delivery fee applies and a complete, accurate delivery address is required.
• Estimated times are approximate and not guaranteed.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at (941) 323-4440 and we will work with you to make it right. Because food is prepared fresh, cancellations may not be possible once preparation has started.

Purple Bol offers an SMS program to send order-related messages and, with your opt-in, promotional offers. By opting in, you agree to the following:

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purple Bol is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
